Nice and cozy good foods

Always had excellent food! Been going since I was little. Even though it been . while since I've last eaten here I need to stop once again; the home fries are to die for!

Food was great went with a few friends got seated fast food was great nice portions!

Lina's Place is a great breakfast stop, especially if you enjoy portuguesse cuisine! Friendly service. Fair prices and good portions. Only down side is, not having enough space between tables for privacy , however it definitely provides a homelike atmosphere!

We go for both breakfast and lunch...breakfast is ok, omelets are the best choice. Their Portuguese soup w/ sandwich lunch meal is great! Bella and Nieve are the best waitresses! Great quick stop to eat for sure.

Always great food and customer service. Get seated and served quickly. Don't second guess yourself. Great place.

I went there for breakfast while on vacation. The omelet was huge and delicious. The server was very pleasant and attentive. I would recommend.

Always an excellent place for breakfast, they always have great lunch specials as well. I always try to sit in stevies section. She's a great waitress , shes very attentive and very quick. Overall very satisfied

What's NOT to love! I go almost every Friday night, there baked haddock is wonderful it's always fresh all their food is great but I absolutely love the fish, I also love the Portuguese Kale Soup, in the staff waitresses are some of the best people I've met hands down in the restaurant business! they're kind, warm, funny friendly, and will do pretty much anything to make sure you have a great experience there I would totally recommend this place a hundred percent.

Been here a handful of times. Great food and nice atmosphere. Laid back feeling. Many Portuguese dishes done right! But also many classics diner dishes equally delicious!

The outside is very deceiving...inside is fabulous...food was great came quick and hot...service was on point..I highly recommend this spot

Hands down best breakfast I’ve ever had. I ordered the chili burrito and it did not disappoint. Not only was the food amazing the service was great. I got my food 5 minutes after ordering it. I will be coming here more often! 10/10!

You will never consume a better tasting Kale soup; not even at your family's kitchen. The breakfast is great, but that soup is unreal. The ladies here are deserve all the tips the community can muster. Wonderful food!

They did an awesome job preparing breakfast for the Somerset Post Office today. Very reasonable price, awesome food, and the Sweet Bread French Toast was the biggest hit. Thank you to all of the staff.

Absolutely loved it. Went there with my family for Sunday morning breakfast when we were in the area for a wedding. I had the Portuguese omelet with sweet bread. Absolutely delicious. The service was great the staff was friendly. Highly recommend!

Great breakfast place with a creative menu. New ideas, combining new flavors. Homemade breads and muffins. Friendly service.

They have a lot of cooks that cook things differently and it is never the same. I am not saying the food is bad but just different usually.Lina is a great cook.

I've had the chance to eat at Lena's a good half a dozen times. Overall it's a breakfast place, so you can order everything from omelettes two scrambled with bacon or sausage or linguica. Lina's Place is an old house in Somerset on the first floor you can watch them cook from the bar or you can go in one of three small rooms. There are a lot of choices for breakfast places in Somerset Cindy's right down the street the somerset Grille which has breakfast and brunch Rogers spa or Simon's restaurant, there are a lot of breakfast places.

Excellent food at a reasonable price. Great menu options, including many Portuguese food options for breakfast and lunch (chourico, bolos, sweet bread french toast). Friendly staff. Menu options for children as well (also at a great price!)

Super pleasant late breakfast treat to myself. The staff was so nice, food was of good diner quality, and the atmosphere was great. I sat at the counter and made small talk with a nice old man enjoying his tea. He called me kiddo and I adored him. Overall, just a really nice time here.

Outstanding eatery. Food, service, and atmosphere is excellent. We are from Newport, and when in the vicinity and hungry we stop there.

Last week was our first time we visited this restaurant. But It is no doubt not the last. We enjoyed the evening a lot with the excellent service, with the great cuisine and fine drinks and with the friendly cost. We will no doubt return there again.
